Description

• Rice bran is a rich source of B vitamins, fiber, vitamin E, protein, etc. Rice bran contains a substance called lipase that breaks down rice bran oil and spoils it. We deactivate this enzyme through various processes to significantly increase its shelf life. Another point to note is the very high microbial load and the presence of pathogenic microorganisms in unprocessed rice bran. This phenomenon is due to the inevitable contact of the bran as the covering of the plant seed with fertilizer, which will cause many problems.
