Ingredients:

Probiotic Lactobacillus casei minimum cfu/g 1/25×109

Prebiotic Dextran Oligosaccharide

The digestive system is one of the most important organs in the body. In addition to digestive problems, an imbalance in the bacterial flora of the gut disrupts the immune system and endangers the health of the animal. Probiotics are a beneficial type of bacteria that support intestinal health and immune system function. Prebiotics are nutrients for probiotics and specifically promote the growth of probiotics and enhance their effects. A supplement containing probiotics and prebiotics is called a synbiotic.
The MLC synbiotic supplement, a product of Pars Poultry Farming, contains a powerful combination of millions of beneficial bacteria, Lactobacillus casei, and its exclusive prebiotic, dextran, which restores and regulates microbial flora, improves digestion and absorption, and strengthens the digestive system and immune system.
Lactobacillus casei is a highly resistant probiotic that can pass through the acidic environment of the digestive tract without harm and is replaced in the intestine at very high counts. The use of the probiotic Lactobacillus casei along with the specific prebiotic dextran in the MLC product restores the balance of the digestive tract microbial flora and increases the number of beneficial intestinal bacteria. After restoring the microbial flora and reducing the population of harmful microorganisms, the rate of digestion and absorption of nutrients increases, leading to increased weight gain and improved feed conversion ratio. This product also strengthens the immune system and prevents the occurrence of infectious diseases and digestive problems such as diarrhea and constipation and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Mechanism of action: After being introduced into the digestive tract, Lactobacillus casei competitively and by producing lactic acid inhibits the growth of pathogens and reduces the risk of gastrointestinal infections such as Salmonella and E. coli. The reduction in the pH of the digestive tract and the increase in the activity of digestive enzymes resulting from the probiotic activity of Lactobacillus casei lead to better absorption of micronutrients including vitamins, amino acids and minerals such as zinc, phosphorus, calcium and manganese, thereby improving feed conversion and increasing weight gain. These bacteria also stimulate the immune system, increasing the body’s resistance to infectious diseases and greatly reducing the need for antibiotics.
Dextran is a polysaccharide produced by the fermentation and growth of the bacterium Leuconostoc mesentroides in a sucrose-based medium. Dextran is resistant to digestive enzymes, bile acids, and stomach and duodenal acid, and passes through them unchanged and reaches the intestine. In the intestinal environment, only bacteria that produce the enzyme dextranase, such as beneficial lactic acid-producing bacteria, including the probiotic Lactobacillus casei, are able to use dextran. Thus, following the growth of these bacteria and their production of short-chain fatty acids, the intestinal environment becomes acidic and prevents the growth of pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli, Campylobacter, Clostridium perfringens, and Salmonella. Dextran oligosaccharide also stimulates immune complements and helps strengthen the immune system.
